Fall 2012 – The Morgue the Merrier & Grave Matters
Grave Matters
by Peter Stallard
Directed by Martin Weeden
Tom Murphy makes a living in a graveyard, keeping things neat and tidy, tending to each site, each headstone, the flowers and all adornments. On this particular day, he learns of a mystery that began with one fateful event when he was much younger. To resolve that mystery, several strange characters are brought together – from both the past and the present – for an experience that changes their ‘lives’.
The Morgue the Merrier
by Pat Cook
Directed by Ron Gardner
You may have seen the inside of a morgue during part of your favourite police drama. Typically: lab-coated staff occupied with bodies, each draped with white sheets and laid out on stainless steel tables or trolleys. It all seems very clinical and inhospitable – hardly the place to have a good laugh! Well, get ready to enjoy a lighter side to life-in-the-morgue as Jane, your hostess, points to a draped corpse and asks: “You ever wonder what their stories are?”
